We offer a comprehensive range of listing and buying services, for residential, multi family, commercial, ranch, and vacant land for development, or simply one-off construction. We operate in South Dakota, with specific representation in the Black Hills and the surrounding areas.
Established in 2011, our key deliverable was to provide a service-oriented alternative at a considerable discount to the existing offerings in the region. We commenced operations and continue to offer a significantly lower listing fee without any additional hidden administration charges. It was one of our promises that this reduced fee would not come at the expense of service, deliverables, and seller success, but would make real estate services more affordable and hopefully influence the market in the region. In addition, we would offer all successful buyers a “buyer’s incentive” of $500 to be paid upon successful closing.
This approach saw many unwanted comments from our competitors, and yet many positive comments from our now loyal client base. Over the years it has been interesting to see that now many of our competitors have started mirroring our pricing strategies. The result is a much more affordable regional model for the people of the Black Hills and surrounding areas.
Our agents have diverse backgrounds, with strong knowledge in financial and legal services, logistics, property ownership, investment and rental ownership, construction, design and renovation. We have extensive regional knowledge and differing skill sets enabling us to offer services with the utmost confidence. We are locals with strong community ties and involvement, we are not governed by an out of state corporate with a priority of profit above service.
